In a just concluded two day workshop, the Green Belt Movement met with partner organizations to review awareness-creating materials to be used in sensitizing stakeholders and communities on waste management and minimization of UPOPs.
The project entitled The Track Tree Challenge – seeks to catalyze the youth momentum and cognizance towards better environment management.
To date, 60 community leaders, drawn from different locations in each of the two Counties, have been identified and trained.
